The entrance to the Parking Garage at the Arts District Mansion, Home of the Dallas Bar Association, is located off Olive Street (at the corner of Olive St. and Flora St.). If the garage is full, please click here for other Arts District parking options.

Fee for Parking
Parking is currently $5.00 a day for Dallas Bar Association members conducting meetings/business in the building during the business hours of the building (7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.). To expedite exiting the garage during busy hours, you can pay for your parking inside the Arts District Mansion through your server or through the cashier. Monthly parking is available. Those who are not DBA members conducting business in the building may temporarily park in the garage, however, you will be charged the public rate, which at this time is $5.00 for the first half hour, and $2.00 each additional half hour, with a $25.00 daily maximum rate. No overnight parking. Specific priority is given to those parking in the garage to attend a meeting inside the building.

Circular driveway off of Olive Street
The circular driveway off Olive Street is reserved for quick drop-off and for valet functions only. Your car will be towed if you are not authorized to park there.

Disabled Parking & Entry to the Building
Each parking level in the garage has parking spaces marked for the disabled. Additionally, there is a space at the entrance of the garage for specially equipped vans. A sidewalk along the west side of the building provides easy access to The Pavilion.
